Therapy for Women of Color
Therapy that sees and centers you.
Therapy for women of color in Atlanta and virtually across Georgia.
from generational burdens, to generational healing.
At times, being a woman of color can mean being chronically unseen, misunderstood, and under-supported. You over-function in a world that expects so much of you, yet gives you so little in return. Women of color are at a heightened risk of experiencing and sustaining mental health concerns because of facing elevated demands with less and limited resources to meet them. Therapy for women of color can hold space for all you hold in your life, while tactfully supporting you on a journey towards wholeness.

Therapy for women of color:
Where you feel centered, not marginalized
Where you feel supported, not silenced
Where you feel held, not tasked with holding
Where you have space, not asked to shrink
Where you can own your needs, not be hyper-independent
Where you can be seen, not wear a mask
“our patriarchal society has saddled women with the mental load, leaving us burned out, disconnected, and primed to practice faux self-care as an individual solution to a societal problem.”
